Lisa Wood

Joined the practice in 1999. Lisa is our head nurse as well as supervisor of the yard staff. Her main duties include control of our dispensary and ordering of drugs, and the well-being and maintenance of all hospitalised horses.

Jennifer Hawk

Jennifer joined the practice in 2008. She and Annabelle share the duties of surgery nurse, and she has also established herself in many other roles around the practice, including racetrack rounds with Michael Robinson and his PA duties.

Samantha Polo

Samantha has worked for us as a stablehand for some time, before moving on to the role of vet nurse. Sam has a very special touch with our patients, and is already proving herself to be a valuable asset to our team of nurses, in addition to taking on several of our old patients as her own.

Kayla Brewer

Kayla has recently joined us, having completed her equine nursing degree at Richmond TAFE. She, like most of our nurses, has a strong background in horses and is working out well.
