Practice focus- Racetrack, Anaesthesia, Lameness diagnosis including nuclear scintigraphy, Extracorporeal shock wave therapy, Repository film interpretation, Ophthalmology.
Born in Yorkshire, Richard was schooled and later practised in the UK for seven years. During this time he achieved his RCVS Certificate in Equine Practice by examination in 1996. Richard immigrated to Australia to join the team at the Randwick Equine Centre in 1998. Richard is an experienced practitioner and services the Randwick racecourse, hospital horses as well as seeing referral cases in lameness diagnosis, ophthalomology and general medicine. In addition to this, he oversees the anaesthesia of surgical cases in conjuction with Dr Colin Dunlop.
